We may update the Terms and Conditions as and when required, and as a user, you are expected to read and understand the updated version of the Terms and Conditions before hiring us to write your Personal Statement.

1. Format and Guidelines
Clients are expected to inform all their requirements, conditions and expectations before the start of the work. Any addition to the initial requirements after the start of the work will be treated as a new work.

2. Editing
We provide two rounds of editing and any changes in the delivered work has to be intimated within five working days in a single mail thread. Demand for editing after the prescribed time limit is liable for extra charges.

3. Time of Delivery
Work committed is delivered within 4 days’ time limit. If the work is needed on an urgent basis, extra charges will be applicable.

4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time may change based on the requirements, but we require at least 24 hours to edit and revert back with your work.

5. Alteration of work on the basis of new requirement

Any new guidelines given after the delivery of committed work will be treated as a new work and is liable for extra charges.
Changes to committed word count after the delivery of the final work will be treated as a new work and hence extra charges will be applicable.

6. Request for Additional Requirements
Any changes to initial inputs like in the course, country, university, will be treated as a new work and extra charges will be applicable.

7. Word or page count
Word and page limit will be fixed before the start of the work and any changes to the same will result in additional charges.

8. Half Work Policy
If you are unsure about ordering an entire work, you can order half the work at the cost of half the amount. The work will be delivered within a time limit of 2 days. You can order the full work, if you are satisfied with the delivered half work.

9. Unacceptable Application
If your initial Personal Statement done by us gets rejected, we are ready to do the work for the same university and same course for half the amount of the original price.

10. Termination of Association
As customer satisfaction is of prime importance to us, we consider all the genuine requirements of the client, but if the client is not satisfied with the work even after 3 rounds of editing, then the company possesses the sole discretion to terminate the association.
